These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, member app, tools, and services offered by National Foreclosure Prevention Group (“NFPGRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site, creating an account, buying the Foreclosure Playbook, booking a consultation, joining a waitlist, using Chat Access, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational platform, not legal or financial advice

NFPGRP is an educational platform. We are not attorneys, we are not a law firm, we are not a mortgage broker, we are not a HUD-approved housing counselor, and we are not a debt settlement company. Nothing on this site, in a consultation call, in Chat Access, in SMS conversations with our team, or in any materials we provide constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to take or refrain from any specific action.

Using our services does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any other professional relationship that would give rise to duties of confidentiality or care beyond those set out in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What we actually offer

The Foreclosure Playbook

The Foreclosure Playbook is a one-time purchase (currently $29.00) of the Property Rescue USA foreclosure video walkthrough and three PDF guides: the Foreclosure Glossary, the Application Checklist, and What Is a Short Sale? It is a digital product: it is made available to you to watch online and to download the moment your payment is complete, and we email you a receipt with a download link at that time. Because it is delivered immediately, the Playbook purchase is final and is not refundable once it is complete.

Buying the Playbook also starts a 30-day free trial of Chat Access: Nexa AI Case Library, our AI-assisted tool for searching public court documents and forms. The trial is free: you are not charged anything to start it, and you can cancel it at any time from your account during those 30 days at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $19.00 automatically, and again every month after that, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to Nexa until then. Cancelling the Nexa trial or subscription never affects your access to the video and guides above, which are yours either way.

When you buy the Playbook and agree to these Terms, we create your NFPGRP account from the name, email address and billing address you give us at checkout, and email you sign-in details so you can watch the video and open the guides.

Existing memberships

NFPGRP no longer offers a monthly membership to new customers. If you joined before the Foreclosure Playbook became a one-time purchase, your membership continues on the terms in Section 7 until you cancel. It is a subscription-based dashboard for tracking your foreclosure case, and it includes Chat Access: AI Case Library, organized, AI-assisted access to public court documents and forms that are also available at your local courthouse. The AI Case Library does not complete forms on your behalf, does not tell you how to complete them, and does not represent you in any legal matter. $500 White-Glove option

A paid priority-scheduling call for homeowners whose case has an active auction date.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Foreclosure outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, including your lender, your state and county, your court, your credit profile, and decisions you make. Any statistics, timelines, or credit-score projections shown on this site (for example, the FreshStart score projector) are illustrative estimates based on generalized data, not predictions specific to your case, and are not guarantees.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

5. Your account and communications

If you provide us with contact information (name, email, phone number), you consent to being contacted by NFPGRP by email, phone, and SMS about the service you requested. SMS use is governed by our SMS Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, unsubscribing from an email, or emailing us at the address in Section 15.

When you create a member account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information (your real name, a working email address, a valid phone number if you supply one)
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission
• Not share your account, and not create an account on behalf of someone else without their written permission

6. Your case data and uploaded documents

When you use the member app, you may enter case information (case number, index ID, county, property address, key dates, notes) and upload documents (court filings, servicer letters, related paperwork).

You own your data. You retain all rights to the case information and documents you upload. You grant NFPGRP a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to deliver the service to you, and to run the AI extraction and support functions described in our AI Policy and Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to upload every document you share with us, and that doing so does not violate any court sealing order, protective order, third party right, or law. Do not upload documents you were told not to share.

Public court records that our team locates on your behalf, directly with the county or through a public-records (FOIL) request, are not your property; they belong to the public record. We assemble them into your case view for your convenience.

Deleting your account. You can ask us to delete your account, case data, and uploaded documents at any time by emailing remove@nfpgrp.com, a dedicated address for deletion requests. We verify it's really you, then remove your account and case data from our active systems. Some records (billing history, backups kept for a limited time, or anything we are required by law to retain) stay longer, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you used Chat Access, the AI Case Companion, or another AI-powered feature, the messages, documents, and prompts you sent were processed by our AI provider (currently Anthropic) to generate a response, under the arrangement described in our AI Policy. Deleting your NFPGRP account removes that content from our own systems, but does not, by itself, reach anything Anthropic separately holds under its own usage and retention policies. Requesting removal from Anthropic directly is a separate request you would make to them, not to us.

7. Payment

Where a service is paid (for example, the Foreclosure Playbook, the $500 White-Glove option, or FreshStart), pricing is shown and confirmed before payment is requested. All payments are handled by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe), and their terms also apply.

The video and three PDF guides that make up the Foreclosure Playbook are a single payment. If a discount code applies, the price you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm. They are a digital product delivered at the time of purchase, so that payment is final and not refundable once it is complete (see Section 2). Buying the Playbook also starts a free trial of Chat Access: Nexa AI Case Library that converts to a monthly subscription if you do not cancel it — see Section 2 for the trial length, the price, and how to cancel before you are charged.

Existing memberships. If you are a member who joined under the earlier membership terms and your membership began with a trial period, it ends on the date shown in your account. Unless you cancel before then, your card is charged the listed monthly price on that date and your subscription auto-renews each billing cycle after that, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access through the end of that period. Case data and documents you uploaded are retained for 90 days after you cancel, as described in our Privacy Policy, in case you resubscribe.

If you are charged for membership and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. Outside that window, we do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing period once it has started, unless required by law. This applies to membership charges only. It does not apply to the Foreclosure Playbook or the $500 White-Glove option.

Features described for a paid service are what we intend to deliver, but availability of specific features (for example, live-chat hours, response times, or partner-network discounts) can change as we scale. Material changes to what a paid service includes will be announced before they take effect.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software, and the AI Case Library organization, is owned by NFPGRP or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Public court forms distributed through the AI Case Library remain public documents; our compilation and organization of them does not.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services to give legal advice to others, or to claim that our services constitute legal advice
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the AI Case Library, its forms, or its organization
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract training data from any AI component of our services
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information
• Interfere with our services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or free of errors, or that any AI output is correct or suitable for your case.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFPGRP, its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you did not pay us anything.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NFPGRP harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your actions or decisions in your foreclosure or legal matter.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which NFPGRP is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
